Overfiftieshouseswap is a free-to-join upmarket site for house owners who exchange their stylish homes for holidays or short breaks. There is no financial risk because you only pay a fee of £45 when you agree a swap.
Because we are based in Sussex, we are introducing ourselves in the South initially, but if you live outside this area we would be delighted to receive your details too. From this beginning we will widen our focus to desirable areas throughout the United Kingdom and overseas.
If you are over fifty years of age and retain an adventurous spirit, if you have an attractive, well maintained home and you live in an area people would like to visit, you are just the person we are looking for.
The length of stay or how often you want to house swap is up to you.
