Check List

Prior to a house swap, participating members are advised to reach agreement on the following (adding any additional points as required). If desired, the members can sign the completed Check List where indicated, and post this to their swapee together with a stamped addressed envelope. If the contents are approved, both swapees are recommended to countersign each others' Check List and return it in the s.a.e. for their fellow swapee's retention.

( Please note this check list is intended to minimise any risk of misunderstandings between members participating in a home exchange. It does not constitute a legally binding contract and Overfiftieshouseswap cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss, damage, costs or expenses suffered by members as a result of using this check list.)
