Who Can Join?
If you own an attractive property of which you take good care, would respect the homes of others, and are fifty years of age or over Overfiftieshouseswap would welcome you as a member.
Your house does not need to be grand or luxurious. Although it might well be a large detached house with several acres of land, it could just as easily be an interesting terraced property, an old cottage or a stylish modern flat. However, because we are here to cater for people who appreciate a reasonable level of style and comfort, it does need to be pleasantly furnished, clean and in good condition. It can be urban or rural, or somewhere in-between, but ideally it should be in a pleasant location which would be interesting for other Overfiftieshouseswap members to visit.
If you do not own your property, you are advised to get permission from your landlord before joining Overfiftieshouseswap. It should be emphasised that no money changes hands between swapees.
To apply for membership send a short description of your house, the name of the nearest town and some photos to "contact@overfiftieshouseswap.com".
